After graduating from Whitman Business School at Syracuse University, Michael launched what would become a diverse and successful career in real estate. Beginning at Tarragon Corporation in real estate development, continuing in commercial brokerage at Cushman and Wakefield, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, and following in residential sales, Michael developed a strong foundation in the industry.
With this experience, his vision for an evolved brokerage emerged. With the plethora of information on rentals and purchases available, he formed Concept Real Estate Group, LLC to use software solutions to meet customer needs.
As opposed to the historically commission driven broker approach, Mike matches the client needs with what is available in the marketplace first. Tremendous amounts of research are done on every building to insure management stability for the buyer or renter. Building relationships with clients is the cornerstone of his belief in trying to make the experience of apartment hunting less stressful, more informative and the most productive.
