Misha’s earliest working experience began in Flagstaff, AZ where she assisted operations, sales, and customer relations for her family’s business, Puchteca Art Gallery. Misha has an astute eye for design and an passion for curating space for use. This deep interest has only grown over her 8 years living in New York City with her study and fascination with the city's unique fusion of historic and modern architecture.

Misha has spent over 9 years working as a journalist, reporting on arts and culture events for Wenner Media, New York Daily News, The Source Magazine, Jones Magazine, Flagstaff LIVE and others. In 2008, she moved to New York City where her role as a reporter exposed her to varying perspectives while exploring the many neighborhoods on assignment. Interviewing distinct characters gave Misha the opportunity to hone her ability to engage with people of all backgrounds. She integrates her innate abilities to listen and interact with all walks-of-life into her interactions with clients in real estate - always working to fully understand what they want and need.
