Manage a portfolio of condominiums and cooperatives, servicing the needs of the Board of Directors/Managers and responsible for all Owner/Shareholder relations. Oversee the annual and monthly financial management of each property, monitor budget variances, implement preventative maintenance programs, supervise staff, and prepare Management reports. Manage units owned by cooperatives, coordinate with leasing brokers, and negotiate contracts and tenant leases. Supervise all capital improvement projects, from the bidding process through project completion.
