Hans Ingram is New York-based with over a decade of experience in property management, residential and commercial brokerage, general contracting, and plumbing & heating. He has been the driving force behind several successful companies in the property space.

Hans founded RES New York, a successful high-end boutique residential real estate firm in Manhattan. He cultivated a top-flight client roster of Wall Street traders and investment bankers, hedge funds, domestic and foreign high net worth investors, landlords and developers. Hans successfully developed a group of commercial and development advisory services to add value to due diligence procedures for residential buyers, commercial tenants and developers. Hans sold the Real Estate Brokerage firm in 2008 after growing the firm from one advisor to a twelve-agent brokerage office and amassing sales of $35M. In 2009 Hans participated in a joint venture to open Thomas & Ingram Brokerage, another boutique NYC brokerage company. Thomas & Ingram was sold in 2013 and for a third time Hans partnered to open another brokerage company Star Cities Corp. 

 Beginning in 2004, Hans led business development efforts for a high-end property management company, Star Cities Management, now with over 200 properties under management in NYC, primarily Manhattan. Due to the number of properties under management it was necessary to provide services such as plumbing & heating and general contracting. In 2012 Star Cities Plumbing & Heating along with Star Cities Design Corp. were established and in 2013 both were launched as being full service companies licensed and insured to service the general public.
