Following her passion for Entrepreneurship and Investing; Ms. Han found her calling in the Practice of Real Estate investment & portfolio analysis. She excels at assisting clients with their Real Estate decisions. 

Prior to Joining Russell Williams, Ms. Han provided investment Advisory to a variety of Private Equity Clients. As an analyst for a leading Private Equity firm, she used her financial and analytical skills to provide data driven analysis to buyers and sellers. Today, she uses her understanding of the financial and real estate markets to provide insights to investors.

Ms. Han is a pleasure to work with. She is outgoing and enthusiastic; And she is an excellent listener. She quickly identifies clients’ real demands and matches their expectation. Her rapidly expanding knowledge of the New York Real Estate market, combined with her excellent problem solving skills enables her to quickly and efficiently help clients to achieve their goals.

Ms. Han is fluent in English and Mandarin and she understands cross-cultural issues that can hinder discussions. She is excellent assisting international clients with their investment decisions in the US. 

Ms. Han earned her Master’s in Economic Policy at Boston University. She is also an active member of the AIESEC Global Alumni.
