Sean Basit is an innovative, knowledgeable,  experienced and reputable real estate agent and mortgage broker, with over 10 years of experience in both specialities.  After graduating from Molloy College, Sean moved to New York and has been living there for the last 20 years.

During this Sean has acquired three companies, two of which are real estate companies specialising in both residential and commercial mortgages.  The first company, ‘American Fine Homes & Estates’, is located in Hicksville, NY and covers Nassau County New York and Suffolk County New York. The second company, ‘Ave Real Estate Group’, is based in NYC and covers: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and Westchester, also providing rental properties in Manhattan. As a member of the Multiple Listing Service, Long Island Board of Realtors, these companies have access to thousands of listings for sale or rent to clients looking to live in Nassau County, Suffolk, Queens and some areas of Brooklyn.  Furthermore, as a member of the Real Estate Board of Realtors, REBNY, these companies also have access to Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn.  Sean has extensive experience in working with real estate management companies, as such he knows how to get the right results for his clients, in any real estate transaction.

The third company Sean owns ‘USN Mortgage INC’, is licenced in NY,NJ,CT and FL.  With access to over 25 lenders, this company prides itself in shopping around lenders for the best possible deal for their clients, saving borrowers considerable amounts of money.  Furthermore, having a great deal of experience as a mortgage broker ensures clients receive a higher level of service and a smoother overall transaction, which is completed in a timely manner.
