Originally born in Pennsylvania and raised in California, Joshua Shenkle has called New York City home for five years. Joshua has been involved in New York City’s real estate market for as long as he has been a resident of the city, developing an eye for detail, depth of knowledge and knack for matching people and apartments that he now puts to use as a licensed Realtor at the Liberty Alliance Real Estate Group. He brings a unique blend of expertise, humor and style to his job, and prides himself on working with his clients to help them find the best co-op apartment or new condominium for them. 

For Joshua, working with his clients begins with listening – listening to people’s expectations, wishes and personal tastes, and then partnering with his clients to find the absolute perfect match in the best neighborhood. Once that match is found, Joshua’s persistence and confidence as a negotiator ensure that his clients get the best value on their transaction. 

Joshua and his wife, Tamara founded in 2012 NYC’s premier real estate from, The Liberty Alliance. He and his wife relish the opportunity to work together as realtors and partners, and look forward to continuing to learn and grow as specialists in the New York City real estate market. A classically trained actor, Joshua enjoys theater, film, fashion, design, food and wine, music and art.
