A New Yorker since 1995, Gena lived in the West Village for almost 20 years before moving to Brooklyn. Now, back in the West Village, she deeply understands both boroughs and their unique charms.  Her multifaceted background includes over 25 years of customer service, sales, marketing, and management.   She attributes her ability to build and nurture strong relationships as a key element of her success. After 12 years as a successful entrepreneur and retailer, she embarked on a new career in real estate with a national luxury home developer and achieved over $150M in sales. Gena is a great listener and a pragmatic problem solver.  Her work ethic is professional and collaborative.
