Josh has been lucky enough to call three states his home.  Born and raised in Louisiana, Josh lived in Destin, Florida and the beautiful Emerald Coast between middle school and college.  He moved to New York City in 2009 where he began his career in sales with the fashion industry.  Josh quickly made a name for himself and transferred to the visuals department.  The hot commodity that he was, he was then recruited to work as a stylist for on several TV shows on VH1 and E! networks.  After two seasons, he decided to leave the fashion and entertainment industries in order to begin a promising career in real estate.

Josh has spent almost a decade helping clients to find new homes, taking pride in the genuine connections that he has built with each one along the way.  From landlords to developers and renters to first time home buyers, Josh has guided each one of them through the unique processes of the New York City real estate market.  Leveraging his extensive knowledge of data and trends together with his clients’ wants and needs, Josh breaks it all down to help find his clients the greatest return on their investments.

In his spare time, Josh can be found at happy hour with friends somewhere in Hell’s Kitchen; enjoying in a show on Broadway; supporting local businesses throughout New York City; relaxing in Central Park; or working on his gymnastics skills at Chelsea Piers.  And while Josh is not the best chef, he is a great resource for restaurant recommendations throughout the entire city!
