As a native New Yorker, Victor moved to New Jersey in 2001.  Victor enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children and enjoys traveling with his family from Europe, Pacific Islands to Asia. Victor also enjoys dedicating time to his boy's baseball teams as assistant coach. In his free time,  he enjoys attending sports events and reminisce with his friends about military experience in Germany. Victor is fluent in Spanish and enjoys meeting people from all over the world.
