Ashley Washington, born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She Received a B.S in Public Administration from Virginia State University, Petersburg, VA. While pursuing her degree she worked as an assistant with Sanchez Realty supporting the Marketing and Management team. After graduating, Ashley worked at Winn Residential as a Leasing Consultant, gaining knowledge of their residential portfolio while defining her marketing skills. While working as a Leasing Consultant she headed the Residential Community Events Program for two properties.  She relocated to New York in 2011 and currently works as a Senior Marketing & Property Manager. She oversees 14 properties ranging from Residential to Commercial Real Estate. In addition, Ashley holds her New York State Real Estate License, she enjoys finding beautiful homes for people in the New York Metro area.
