At Wave, Martin excellently manages outside communications and securing clients. As an agent, he is committed to being flexible and available to his clients, making sure they are always happy and informed. Before joining Wave, he was a UX/UI designer for start-ups, translating complex systems into user-friendly interfaces. Martin also ran a private consulting firm, Interdas, to help develop business ideas and conceptualizations across China, Nigeria, Poland, and Australia. There he had the opportunity to address business management issues across the globe, and he takes those skills with him as a C-level member of the Wave team. He holds a degree in Studio and Fine Arts from Portland State University and plans his travels around a lifetime of learning. He’ll also go out of his way to pet a bull terrier, and speaks Polish.
