What began as her search to purchase a home, soon developed into Traci's passion
for real estate. A resident of the Upper West Side for over 20 years, Traci has been a renter, owner, seller, investor, & landlord.
This hard earned experience as both a client & homeowner has proven invaluable as a Licensed Real Estate Broker since it allows her to truly empathize with what her clients are experiencing. With a backround in finance & design, Traci began to search out the diamonds in the rough, turning them into fabulous homes.
Together with Re-trace llc Home Design Styling, www.re-tracellc.com , Traci has staged, re-designed, & renovated numberous properties from minor tweaks to full-gut estate renovations. Both Buyers & Sellers benefit from her many complimentary services, & there's a good chance you will see her with a paintbrush & plaster to lend a hand when needed.
Traci was Board Treasurer of her Condo. She has sat on the other side of the table to review & approve board packages, as well as assisting in building financial budgets, capital improvements, assessments, & local law 11.
Traci is a dog owner, so she personally relates to the search for pet-friendly buildings, as well as helping furry friends win over a landlord or board. She is a contributor to the Central Park Conservatory, & a 2 time NYC Marathon finisher.
As a Mother, she understands one of the toughest challenges in Manhattan; finding the right school. She has gone thru the research & application process for both Private School & NYC Public School. A proud parent of PS 87 & The Computer School.

Remembering when she once walked into an open house, & just knew she was home, Traci takes her vast decorating, renovating, buying, & selling experience, & creates a whole new approach that will exceed your expectations & close the deal.
