Sun is a seasoned real estate agent, working with numerous buyers, sellers, home owners, and renters
in NYC. As a long-time resident in Manhattan for about 30 years, she is very familiar with the different
areas and real estate market in the City. Her first real estate transaction was from buying her condo in
Mid-Manhattan about 20 years ago. Since then, she has represented various professionals and business
executives who rented or purchased a condo or coop., as well as those who wanted to buy or sell a
business property. She also managed a small business successfully for several years.

Sun is dedicated to meet the needs of her clients in a timely and efficient manner with full attention and
integrity. In addition, she is a pleasant person to work with and knows how to make successful deals.
Sun received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Baruch College, City of New York, and is
fluent in English and Korean.
