Rob Primeau is a Senior Director at Venture Capital Properties (“VCPRE”) where he has been directly involved in originating the sale of numerous multi-million-dollar commercial real estate assets in the New York submarket. Rob has built up a significant network of landlords, users, brokers, among other real estate professionals, and has represented some of New York’s most notable landlords.

Prior to his role at VCPRE, Rob worked on the Principal side of the business as the Director of Acquisitions at one of New York’s leading owner-operators of retail and mixed-use commercial property, with over 300,000 square feet under management and construction. 

Robert began his career developing single-family homes in the New England area with his family’s business. He earned his B.S. degree from Plymouth State University where he played NCAA College hockey.
