I am an Independent Real Estate Broker and have been active as a full-time agent in the New York City market for 14 years.  I lived in Brooklyn for over 15 years and migrated to Manhattan about 4 years ago. 

I am a long-time member of my condo board and as such, I take pride in my ability to guide clients through the selling and buying process with empathy and expertise.  The vast majority of my business is based on referrals and repeat clients - people who appreciate working with a straight shooter who understands how to navigate the current market.  I'm passionate and knowledgeable, yet consistently in awe of New York City real estate and this excitement fuels my desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and their effects on our city.  It's these elements that best encapsulate my approach to the field.

I'm also a creative.   I have mostly exercised my art & design skills in the real estate space to market, sell, and communicate visual messaging for my clients.  However, my personal design work has also been recognized and featured in both literary and editorial publications.
