After leaving the UK, I spent 12 traveling to 69 countries and learning from their diverse cultures. During those I met a retired Wall Street CEO who saw something in me that convinced him I was born for sales in general and NYC real estate specifically. He said he had so much faith in me that if I got my real estate license he would let me sell his West Village apartment. I got my license and he got a record price. That sales price lasted four years before it was exceeded and lead to multiple deals in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Garrison and the Hampton's. His faith in me was a life changing event that launched my real estate career.
Recognizing my drive to succeed and my ability to understand what is most important to potential buyers, another friend put me forward for one of Manhattan's biggest and most luxurious new developments. It was the Eugene, a 63 story building with 844 apartments, developed by Brookfield. I had no new development experience, and with stiff competition for the position knew I would have to work the magic to have any chance of being hired. However, after the best and most nerve racking sales pitch, I was asked to join 3 other talented and more experienced sales people. We all had the same product to sell, but I went on to become the top producer, responsible for 42% of all sales at the Eugene. I attribute this success to the way I am able to relate to people and understand their most important needs. While that ability has led to multiple sales and additional job offers, more importantly it has led to new friends and business contacts that I will have for life.
I have been told by some of the most successful people I've met that I have a personality to which people gravitate. Combined with my drive to go above and beyond, I feel I’m the perfect choice to represent you as your New York City real estate expert. I’m a friend you can trust and someone who will bring a level of satisfaction and fulfillment no other broker can match.
