Nancy Donahue was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, and attended nearby Lasell College and Newbury College. She earned A.A. Degrees from both universities, in Fashion Merchandising from Lasell and in Culinary Arts from Newbury, where she graduated top of her class. She was discovered in college, became one of the top models of the 80’s, and went on to work as a pastry chef, a certified personal trainer, a fitness director of a high-end country club, and an entrepreneur. Having worked in such a range of high-profile industries, Nancy has formed connections across the city, which she has leveraged in her real estate career.
Nancy has lived and worked in New York City on and off since 1978, in many different neighborhoods and types of apartments. She’s currently dwelling in the Upper West Side, enjoying the nearby Riverside and Central Park. She herself has learned the importance of having a ‘home’ in the city, no matter the size. In addition to frequenting her local parks, Nancy also practices yoga daily and enjoys distance swimming. She has completed the swim from Alcatraz twice, and also recently swam from the Statue of Liberty to the Clock Tower in New Jersey.
