As Vice President of Operations at Platinum Properties, Caitlin Trevino plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company's infrastructure, processes, and strategies align with its long-term vision. With nearly six years at Platinum and six years of experience in New York City real estate, she works closely with executives to develop planning and strategy initiatives, implement process and protocol compliance, and manage change and risk across the organization.
Caitlin oversees technical operations, ensuring seamless integrations and automation within the company’s IT systems, CRM, transaction management software, communication platforms, and e-signature platforms. She also manages internal and external resource platforms, ensuring agents and staff have access to the best tools available. Beyond technology, she leads office operations, overseeing administrative staff, HR, and compliance, while also managing agent operations by directing recruitment and retention strategies and optimizing the distribution of resources, personnel, and training materials.
