Peter specializes in sales and rentals throughout northern Brooklyn. Having lived in Brooklyn for decades, he is knowledgeable in advising on different Brooklyn neighborhoods. From architecture to the best restaurants to the greatest parts about living in each neighborhood, he is most interested in developing positive, mutually-beneficial relationships built on trust and integrity.
As an investor In 2004, Peter bought a 4-family brownstone in the center of Park Slope, which we gut-renovated and has enjoyed living in since.
As a former co-op president, condo board of directors member and brownstone landlord he has developed excellent negotiating skills and has established ongoing, trusted, long term relationships with lawyers, accountants, architects, interior designers, mortgage brokers, and contractors. Before real estate, Peter was an art director for Fortune 500 firms before he ran his own brand identity firm. Combining his imagination with his keen sense for space and design he won numerous awards for his creative skills as a designer. He excels in the arts of marketing and client services. Peter’s education includes a BFA from Hunter College and an M.S. in Communication Design from Pratt Institute. He studied at The Boston Museum School; School of Visual Arts in NYC; Art Students League of NY; Empire State College at Westbeth; and The Institute de Touraine in France.
When he’s not showing real estate you’ll find him drawing, painting or watching classic or avant-garde films.
