To say that Nico Jackson was born to work in real estate is no exaggeration. Raised in Florence Italy, Nico spent his summers in the states with his father who at the time ran a residential appraisal business. After completing his LLB in Law in Cambridge, England, he returned to the US, honing his skills in real estate tax law and transactions at a local Greenwich law firm. Then leading the charge to grow GGP advisory, a real estate appraisal and tax appeal business. Utilizing his background in valuation and law, Nico successfully won property tax appeal reductions for hundreds of clients. Given his focus on residential property valuation through his work at GGP advisors, Nico also found himself naturally drawn to the real estate industry—so for the past 7-plus years he has been an active real estate agent in Greenwich, Fairfield and Westchester counties. What appeals most to Nico about being a real estate agent is meeting new people from all over the globe, hearing their life stories and travels and working together to find the right home for each client, making sure the process is as stress free as possible. In his spare time, Nico loves to travel the world, fish, enjoy a delicious meal and spend time with his family here in the states and Italy. He is fluent in italian and spanish. Nico is a licensed sales- person in Connecticut and New York.
