Robert Arnone, MSRE, AMS, CPM®, is the managing member of RCA Management, LLC.

My initial introduction to real estate began with five years at Habitat for Humanity New York, including positions as a board member and treasurer for the chapter.

After earning a business degree from Bryant University and two years with the New Jersey National Guard, he continued pursuing a career in property management by building a foundation of the highest property management industry standards. Robert received his Master's of Real Estate at Fordham University.

Other Accomplishments include CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Chicago Institute for Real Estate Management and earning the CMCA(certified manager of community associations) and AMS(Association Management Specialist) designation from CAI, the leader in providing education and resources to condos, co-ops, and HOAs.

Proud to have served as past Chair of the Community Trends magazine editorial committee and current committee member, publishing numerous articles on multi-family management.

In addition, I held positions as secretary and treasurer and am currently the chapter's vice-president and incoming 2023 president while on the executive board for IREM chapter 1.

Other positions include IREM Chair of the corporate outreach committee and multiple CAI committee members.
