Brianah began her full-time real estate career at a small brokerage in Brooklyn in September of 2019, working solely on rentals. She closed over 25 transactions in fourteen months, totaling close to 67K in GCI. She joined Team Sold By Tricia Lee in Q1 2021. In just under six months, Brianah has supported Tricia and her team with more than fifteen New York sales transactions and 10 rentals, totaling close to 10M in GCI.

Briannah was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to New York City immediately after graduating from UCONN in 2014. Having a career in hospitality for over four years working at high-end establishments and private events allowed her to connect with people while enhancing her communication and customer service skills.

She also serves as the team’s Marketing Manager keeping the team updated with the newest marking techniques and media trends. This aligns with Brianah’s passion for media and branding. In late November of 2020, Brianah launched an IGTV series about her Real Estate Journey, discussing financial literacy, investing, & much more.

Brianah now resides in Clinton Hill but visits family in Connecticut quite often. She and enjoys health, wellness, and traveling. She can be found staying active by working out in her building’s gym or taking HIIT classes, planning her next trip to a never-explored-before country, or creating fun content and inspired marketing materials.
