Rachel King, has had nearly a decade of repeated success in residential real estate following a former career on Wall Street.

With over $200mm in sales, Rachel seamlessly guides her clients from the first meeting to the closing table. Rachel is a New York native who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA degree in International Business from Baruch College. She began her career in Finance, working in Fixed Income Derivatives at Lehman Brothers before transitioning to the equities trading floor and becoming an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital. Rachel pivoted to real estate working on Ryan Serhant’s Team at Nest Seekers in 2013 (#1 team in NY). On the Serhant Team, Rachel spearheaded the opening of the Brooklyn office and managed the Brooklyn new development townhouse portfolio. From 2017 to 2020, Rachel worked in both New York and California simultaneously, while living bicoastal between Manhattan and Palo Alto, CA. In California, she was a top producer on Michael Dreyfus’ team at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty (#1 team in Silicon Valley). She has been featured in numerous publications including Million Dollar Listing NY, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and in Gentry Magazine, where she was named top 40 under 40.

Being a bicoastal top producer in both New York and California in addition to her experience in finance and investment banking Rachel an invaluable resource for her clients and partners. Rachel has an intimate knowledge of the New York real estate market having orchestrated the sale and purchase of properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the North Shore of Long Island ranging in price from $500,000 to $20,000,000.

Rachel’s clients range from first-time home buyers and investors to celebrities and high net-worth individuals. Rachel also specializes in relocation from coast-to-coast as a result of living and working bicoastal for four years. Rachel is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in both New York and California, and a Licensed Securities Representative. She now lives on Long Island with her husband and two children. Outside of real estate, Rachel’s interests include skiing, hiking, investing, cooking, yoga, philanthropy, and volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House Charity for critically ill children.
