Finding a home in New York City that suits one’s individual lifestyle can be quite challenging. It involves obvious variables such as location, square footage, and price; and less obvious, but more personal preferences like adequate closet space, if there's a washer/dryer in the unit, and if the building has a pet policy. Looking at random website listings on a regular basis can be a very daunting and overwhelming experience because there may be many details not stated that are important in making a decision to view a property. So, what might seem like a timesaver approach really may be just the opposite. After more than 20 years of finding homes for very selective clients both uptown and downtown, Gabrielle is still enthusiastic, and looks at each customer’s wish list as a personal challenge. She is determined to make that successful match happen. Gabrielle enjoys meeting with first time buyers as well as buyers who have made multiple purchases over the years. Every buyer is unique and every purchase is equally unique.
Presently, Gabrielle lives in Nomad, but originally hails from London where she had her own music promotion business. Being a tourist in NY is fun but being a New Yorker and having a NY apartment is a dream. And that’s when her real career path evolved. Whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent, it is important to be represented by a professional who not only can explain the process, but makes it an enjoyable experience as well.
In her spare time, she and her fiance' have travelled from Prince George Island to Vermont to photograph the most uniquely designed lighthouses along the Northeast Atlantic coastline.
