Jeffrey van Woods is the Director Global Growth of eXp World Holdings. Jeffrey joins eXp Global to help build the brand globally with a focus on building a growth program for nurturing prospective agent and broker relationships in current and future locations. He will focus on new country pipelines and reporting, as well as collaborating with regional directors and country leadership on implementing agent growth and attraction programs. 

Most recently, Jeffrey has been a broker selling and renting luxury residential properties in New York City and The Hamptons representing buyers, sellers, investors and developers. Prior to real estate, he was a fashion executive at Ralph Lauren responsible for expanding the brand’s global presence and managed sales, merchandising, product development and manufacturing that spanned across wholesale, retail and e-commerce verticals. 

Jeffrey is known as an innovative, creative and analytical leader that builds, motivates and manages diverse, high-performing global teams that rapidly excel at scaling business and strategically launching new concepts to generate results. He enjoys traveling, architecture and supporting animal welfare.
