Born and raised in Kavala, a small coastal town in northern Greece, Ioannis moved to Queens with his parents and younger sister at the age of 15. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Haverford College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics, he went on to earn his Master of Science in Systems Engineering from UPenn. Prior to launching his real estate career, Ioannis worked in biotech/pharmaceutical management consulting. He also managed operations and product marketing at an early seed start-up for medical device innovation. At the same time, by working alongside his father nights and weekends, Ioannis gained in-depth exposure to the construction industry. Ultimately, he cultivated a true passion for helping people attain their dream homes, which he now brings to his role at Cooper & Cooper.

When Ioannis is not out with clients enthusiastically showing homes, you can find him playing soccer, watching F1 races, hiking and traveling domestically and abroad. In addition, he speaks fluent Greek and conversational German.
