Dalia is an Associate Broker in NJ and NY, focusing on Hoboken, downtown and Heights of Jersey City, Weehawken, Upper West Side, and Upper East Side of NYC. To leverage her extensive knowledge of construction, Dalia’s clients have taken her to Bergen, Morris, Essex, Passaic, Union and Cape May counties. Dalia started her real estate career in 2013, and she has since obtained a Broker license, and won NJ Certificate of Excellence awards. 

Dalia believes homeownership is possibly a person’s largest investment and key to personal wealth building. In addition to her Broker designation in NJ and NY, Dalia’s extensive experience in comparative valuation, consumer-focused marketing, residential renovations, and financial statement analysis gives her a cutting edge in real estate transactions that benefit the buyer, the seller, or the investor.

Dalia previously worked in the equity research department of a major investment bank and was a long-time volunteer of Hoboken Family Alliance, as well as her condo board. Dalia holds a B.A. in Economics with minors in Accounting, Business, and Greek Mythology; she graduated summa cum laude with high honors. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Dalia is an accredited stager and sometimes consults for interior finishes during client renovations.

A homeowner since age 25, Dalia currently owns a nearly 100 year old home which she has gut renovated for her family. Whether a home is historic or new construction, Dalia is excited to help her clients on their real estate journey.
