Evan is a highly experienced professional that focuses on users and investors in NYC, with a concentration on Manhattan. Evan specializes in residential sales and luxury rentals with his on going and previous VIP clients which include corporate executives, both US and international investors, and rising stars in Manhattan.

The virtues instilled in him during his time serving in the United States Marine Corps has helped impress and maintain a relationship with a multitude of his clients. Evan has been navigating the concrete jungle since his early years with his mother working as a corporate banker in the Financial District. He majored in Accounting and Computer Science at Borough of Manhattan Community College and Grantham University.
