Patrick Curtis started negotiating in Real Estate in 1964 when he persuaded his mother to purchase a brand new condominium from Bell Builders a large home builder in Newcastle England. Condominiums were brand new in that part of the country at that time and a little hard for her to comprehend but she listened to his preaching about building up equity tax benefits and mortgage interest vs rent and bought the condo. 3 years later he purchased the condo. He helped her buy a small semi-detached home. In 1972 Patrick purchased his first investment property a large terrace home built in 1914. He lived there turned the home into an S.R.O. used the rental income to completely remodel the home and in 1975 sold it for 3 x his purchase price. Since then he has completed literally hundreds of real estate transactions as an investor/builder. By 2004 Patrick was experiencing growing pains and also trouble finding the right quality & skills for real estate representation for his renovated or new construction buildings so he founded Suffolk Realty Group (SRG) in Long Island New York a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage to represent his own designs & construction but also those of other builders he knew by direct experience also did a masterful job in building. Since then Patrick has had roles as a Mortgage Banker Title Agent Expeditor Expert Witness in Litigation and more. By 2015 due to demand from areas outside Suffolk he created One Realty Services Inc (ORS) to succeed SRG. Today ORS is now part of Realty One Group. Patrick brought his extensive internationally developed business acumen and expertise to the Real Estate industry.
