Jorge is a proud member of the award-winning McPeak Team at SERHANT., which has closed over $500M in sales and been recognized for its innovative marketing strategies. It took first prize in the Inman Golden I Club’s “Best Sales & Marketing Campaign for a Luxury Development” category in 2021. As part of the McPeak Team, Jorge focuses on new development efforts & on Luxury resale throughout New York City. Jorge began his career as a general contractor and then transitioned to purchasing and flipping properties. In 2005, he and his father formed At Your Services Remodeling Inc., a construction and home investment business. After helping several clients navigate the residential sales process, Jorge decided to secure his real estate license and shift his focus. He began working as a real estate agent with Moor Realty Group and moved to Realty Trust Group Inc. before launching his own brokerage in 2018. Today, Jorge has an ever-expanding base of loyal clients who appreciate his honesty, communication, and the overall excellent customer service that Boston One Realty provides. In addition, about 95 percent of the company’s business derives from repeat clients and referrals, which speaks volumes about the agency’s client relationships. Jorge says, “I’m passionate about the industry and providing memorable experiences for all clients. Our clients become friends, and that’s how we like it.”  Jorge earned a business degree from Gibbs College in Boston. In his volunteer work with the Boston Boys & Girls Club, he mentors youth and helps them identify pathways to promote economic equity.
