Emanuel S. Augustus is a multifaceted individual who holds a dual license as a realtor and as a mortgage loan officer. He has the ability to streamline and navigate all aspects of the home buying process for his clients whether it be as a primary residence and/or as a property investment from beginning to end.  His primary focus is to provide excellent client experience and satisfaction through responsive communication and transparency. 

Emanuel is a New York State native with roots stemming from Kingston, NY. He currently resides in the borough of Manhattan but his clients expands upstate and downstate. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management with a minor in Communication. He developed 

a strong work ethic, discipline, leadership skills, a spirit of team work and camaraderie from his past experience as a student athlete in football and wrestling. In addition, he also learned operational and organizational skills as 

an intern in professional sports:  NFL-Carolina  Panthers and with the PGA Tour.

Emanuel believes that learning is a lifelong process so he enjoys learning about new things whether it be from his peers and/or his clients.
