Originally from Toronto, Canada, Penelope began her real estate career in New York City in 2000, specializing in the sales and marketing of new development condominiums and luxury home sales. As Sales Director for some of the most successful new developments on the Brooklyn waterfront, including One Brooklyn Bridge Park and Pierhouse, Penelope achieved record-breaking prices for the area. In her tenure, she has represented buildings totaling over $2 billion in sellouts and worked with some of the world’s most prestigious developers including Elad, RAL, Toll Brothers, JDS Development, and currently SHVO, as Sales Director of the Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills. On top of her real estate career, she founded a children’s clothing boutique in Williamsburg, Brooklyn which she still owns and operates today. Penelope enjoys traveling the world with her husband and teenage son, and speaks fluent French and Greek, and holds a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto.
