Suzanne offers an impressive background including property management at the world renown Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) for most of her 16 years at the hospital. During her tenure at HSS she negotiated leases and renewals effectively with tenants and third parties. She became comfortable working with all budgets and levels of those seeking tenants, rentals properties, or purchases. Although Suzanne holds a doctorate degree in management she is humble and prides herself in service excellence. She is known for her thorough knowledge of the industry and was even a stunt double for a real estate agent in a 2012 Superbowl commercial where she was required to be faster than Apolo Ohno.  Suzanne is open to showing properties in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island.
