Gus is a 15-year veteran of the New York real estate scene. Author of the real estate blog YourNYagent, videographer and neighborhood guide. He was a standup comedian in his previous life. Streamlining the search, using his encyclopedic knowledge of New York buildings and owners to streamline every search, and recognizing that finding a home needs a holistic approach- emotional intelligence, context process and mentoring others are his passion.

A perfect day in New York starts with the NY Post and breakfast at the lunch counter at Eisenberg’s coffee shop 22’nd and Fifth (founded 1929.) This is followed by a long stroll down Fifth Ave to Washington Square in the Village for some leisurely people watching. Time to head over to Film Forum and watch a classic film noir “Elevator to the Gallows” with a soundtrack by Miles Davis. Head to the East Side for a “schvitz” at the Russian Turkish banya! Have a bowl of borscht soup, take a nap and then head to a comedy club!
