Originally from Kosovo in Southeastern Europe, Shkurte’s journey to New York City was marked by resilience and determination. Shkurte has called New York home for over 24 years and during this time, she has not only adapted but thrived, in this diverse and bustling metropolis.

What Shkurte cherishes most about New York is its unparalleled diversity, opportunities, and iconic landmarks. From the dazzling lights of Times Square to the inspiring Statue of Liberty and the serene beauty of Central Park, the city has offered them endless experiences. She appreciates how New York always presents a new opportunity, ensuring that if one path doesn't lead to success, another awaits.

Currently, Shkurte resides in the Bronx. Her journey through the city has given her a deep understanding of its various boroughs and neighborhoods, which also helped fuel her passion for real estate. Culminating in the purchase of her first property in 2013, an investment that has proven to be a wise choice, Shkurte’s enthusiasm for the industry is driven by a lifelong curiosity about the intricacies of property and investment.

With over ten years of relevant experience, Shkurte brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Before her work in the real estate industry, she spent over 15 years in the beauty industry, specializing in spa management. 

Outside of work, Shkurte is a devoted family mom and family member. She relishes every moment spent with her three children and close-knit family, cherishing the bonds that tie them together. 

Shkurte is fluent in Albanian and possesses basic Spanish language skills, making her a valuable asset in our diverse city.
