Jeffrey began his real estate career in Greenwich Village in 1991, a neighborhood he loves and lived in for decades, joined Elegran after 12 years at Stribling. His many experiences with the complexities of buying and selling coops and condos all over the city and his knowledge and understanding of the market and its nuances are key to making a successful purchase or sale. With his communication skills and proven negotiating ability (REBNY designated New York Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert), he provides the highest level of service. Jeffrey received his MBA in finance from NYU's Stern School of Business. His clients and customers appreciate his motivated pursuit of their interests, straight-shooting advice, and astute observations of the real estate market.
Starting at the NYU campus surrounding Washington Square, the city has always been an exciting place to live for Jeffrey. Where else could he have seen over 125 broadway and off-broadway shows in one year? As an avid art fan, particularly of painting, Jeffrey follows artists’ careers from the walls of galleries to museums. He welcomes any excuse to go to Carnegie Hall and has yet to attend Beethoven’s 9th Symphony there. Loving to walk (and run), he enjoys all the city’s parks and wonderful open spaces and can often be found enjoying one of them.
