Vivien is an award-winning agent, who has practiced in the New York City luxury real estate market for more than 10 years and lived in Manhattan for 20 plus years. She holds a B.A. in English Language & Literature from Peking University and a M.A. in Mass Communication from San Diego State University. In her spare time, she is a stand-up comedian who has performed in nearly 100 shows in NYC since 2023.
