James Ferrari founded Benjamin James Real Estate and Benjamin James Media in 1993. He built a four office 150-person brokerage marketing company. In 2002, James utilized the Development of the new state-of-the-art high-rise building 21 Chelsea at 120 West 21st in New York City to help the facilitation of the construction of homes in flood-devastated Mozambique.
