I love real estate. As a child of immigrant parents, I remember having to translate repair and lease issues between my parents and their tenants. My parents never wanted me to work in real estate. They wanted me to become a nurse, or a teacher, or an attorney. I tried the nursing path. Even went as far as being accepted into a nusring school. One day, I had an internship at a NYC hospital; and I quickly learned that the medical field is not for me. No one goes to the hospital happy. Took time off from school to get my life together. Real estate was a constant in my life that I only knew from my family's investments. I wanted to learn more. 

In 2006, I attended and graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor's of Science degree in NYC Real Estate. I graduated from the program in 2008, during one of NYC's worst real estate downturns. At the time, I was also working full-time for a real estate attorney writing condo offering plans for many of the developments throughout Brooklyn. From there I went own to remove NYC housing violations, managing construction projects, managing both luxury, free market and affordable housing. One of the most rewarding experiences I have gained in real estate is working in sales and leasing. The opportunity to assist people with their housing needs is a rewarding feeling.
