Henry Snead is a licensed real estate salesman in New York State. For the last several years, Henry has conducted his business as an independent agent for his firm, The Snead Group. The firm's focus has been rentals, property sales, management in New York City. He has been associated with Exit Realty Group in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Sntnead is an experienced mortgage consultant having worked for Dime Home Mortgage Corporation. Henry has a diverse background in lending, real estate, restaurant development and not for profit management.    Henry has been an effective advocate for Minority Business Development in New York City. He has experience operating (2) Minority Business Development Centers, under contract with the United States Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency. Henry has served as a member of the Community Board in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn for more than twenty years.  Henry holds a B.S. Degree from Shaw Unversity and a Masters from Baruch College.  He and his family are members of Concord Baptist Church in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn. Within the last 2 years, Henry and his Wife have purchased a home in a new community in Wake Forest, NC.  He is planning on extending his business  there soon.
