Born in the Bronx and raised in Bay Shore, Long Island, Karen Gastiaburo has made New York City her home for the past 40 years. Though she initially came to the city with aspirations of a theater career, her path took an unexpected turn into real estate. What began as a temporary position at a real estate firm rapidly evolved into a distinguished career spanning decades. Karen quickly rose to prominence, as a Sales Director, where she successfully launched two offices in the vibrant TriBeCa neighborhood.

After eight years immersed in residential sales and new developments, Karen has returned to a management role. As a hands-on leader, she excels in guiding agents and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service. Her deep understanding of clients' needs and preferences remains a key factor in her enduring success. Today, Karen is celebrated as a seasoned professional and a respected leader in the industry.

A dedicated member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Karen has actively contributed her expertise to various committees, including the Deal of the Year, the Ethics Committee, and the Downtown Committee, where she played a key role in nurturing positive relationships among industry firms.

Fluent in Spanish, Karen is committed to delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties. She treasures the city’s diversity and vibrant arts scene, which continually inspires her both personally and professionally. Outside of real estate, Karen remains engaged in the arts as an actor and yoga teacher. With 800 hours of yoga training, she leads a Friday evening class at the World Yoga Center on the Upper West Side, seamlessly integrating her artistic and balanced approach to life and work.
