With seventeen years of experience across the Corcoran and Corcoran Sunshine brands, John Felicetti works with developers to expertly guide the planning, marketing, and sale of new condominiums from beginning to end. John’s breadth of experience expands across New York City, the Hamptons, and key suburban markets, and includes properties that run the gamut of sizes and scales – a diversity that allows him and his team to bridge the worlds of development and brokerage to achieve superior results. His collaborative approach is rooted in the creativity, practicality, and market insight that empowers sales success in complex development scenarios, and he has earned the trust of top sales teams and noted developers, including Alexico Group, Vornado Realty Trust, GID Development Group, and Hiwin Group USA. Prior to joining Corcoran in 2007, John honed his talents in marketing as an advertising Account Executive at Lowe and Partners Worldwide, and before that at advertising agency, Grey. He is a graduate of New York University. John lives on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, where he is proud to support Trinity Place Shelter for LBGTQ+ youth as a board member.
