Specializing in North Brooklyn and Queens, Nick transitioned to real estate after covering the industry as a journalist. Along the way, he gained expert knowledge of the market. He considers himself a vessel for information and his clients appreciate how informative and thorough he is and his commitment to being completely transparent. His goal is to educate his clients in order to help them navigate their real estate journey better. He calls himself a 'real estate concierge’, a one-stop shop for all of his clients' needs from mortgage approval to placing a key in their hand.

As a second-generation New Yorker, raised in Queens, the son of a father from Brooklyn and a mother from Manhattan, Nick knows the city inside and out. He still lives in the same neighborhood he grew up in, Ozone Park. The vibrancy and convenience of living in the city is something he’s used to from growing up here, as well as recognizing the privilege of growing up and continuing to live in such a popular international destination. Not every kid gets to see the Empire State Building on the way to school every day.

When not assisting his clients, he enjoys reading historical fiction and history books, traveling to new destinations, axe throwing and hiking to see waterfalls and spending time by the lake in his family home in Maine.
