Originally from Connecticut, Jim Nardi began his real estate journey in 2019. He worked full-time in the Connecticut market before transitioning to a corporate role in New York City in 2021 while continuing to practice real estate part-time. Now, he is fully committed to the New York City real estate market, bringing a strong foundation in client relations, market strategy, and investment insight to his work.
A resident of the Upper West Side for four years, Jim specializes in the neighborhood as well as the West Village, Chelsea, and the West Side of Manhattan. In their spare time, Jim stays active by biking and running throughout New York City. He is currently training for the New York City Marathon and enjoys skiing, hiking, and backpacking up north.
