Real Estate Consultant | Luxury Sustainable Property & Lifestyle | Branded Residences | Hospitality & Regenerative Development | Wellbeing & Longevity Looking at Luxury Through the Lens of Sustainability Susan Norwood is a Real Estate Consultant with Nest Seekers International, based at the London Pall Mall office, representing a contemporary vision of luxury where sustainability, longevity and wellbeing are integral to exceptional design and investment. Working within Nest Seekers' global ecosystem—including Nest Jets, Nest Yachts, Nest Hospitality and Nest Collections—Susan positions real estate within a broader luxury lifestyle narrative. Her work connects ultra-luxury property with architecture, hospitality, superyachts, branded residences and destination resort developments, with a particular focus on projects that redefine luxury through environmental regeneration, renewable energy, zero-carbon design and responsible stewardship. Driven by an entrepreneurial and creative perspective, Susan builds collaborations across architecture, hospitality, film, fashion and the arts to demonstrate that environmental responsibility is not a compromise but a defining characteristic of modern luxury. As longevity, wellness and sustainability become increasingly influential in investment decisions, she represents exceptional residences and developments that deliver enduring value for both owners and the environments in which they exist. Her perspective has been shaped by studies in Sustainable Real Estate: Creating a Better Built Environment at the University of Cambridge, alongside collaborations with leading figures across the international real estate sector. Susan evaluates each residence, development and resort not only for architectural excellence and commercial performance, but also for its environmental integrity, regenerative potential and contribution to community. From master planning and infrastructure to resource management and long-term resilience, she is drawn to projects that enhance both landscape and legacy. With more than a decade of residential property experience and over six years working directly with developers on new-build projects, Susan combines commercial expertise with creative insight. She supports strategic positioning, brand alignment and experiential marketing, helping developers communicate compelling narratives that resonate with today's global luxury audience. Before entering real estate, Susan established a successful creative career spanning fashion styling, choreography and the visual arts. Her work explored the relationship between architecture, movement and social inclusion, leading to performances and collaborations with organisations including The Place, Tate Modern, Royal Festival Hall, Whitechapel Gallery, Channel 4 Television and Modern Art Oxford. She has also worked alongside leading UK dance organisations, including Siobhan Davies Dance Company, Rambert and Birmingham Royal Ballet, contributing to initiatives that expanded access to professional training. Internationally, she has developed partnerships across the UK and New York, including consultancy work with the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art, NYC. Today, Susan curates a global narrative that places real estate at the intersection of luxury, sustainability, hospitality and culture. She believes the future of exceptional living lies in developments where visionary design, environmental stewardship, wellbeing and long-term investment value are inseparable.
