Born and raised in Shunde, China, Jiayi brings creativity and a rich background in the fine arts to her real estate career. Having studied design, glass, ceramics and mixed media sculpture extensively, she holds both a BFA from the China Academy of Art and an MFA from Alfred University. While pursuing her degrees, Jiayi exhibited her work internationally and earned numerous awards. Eager to help others achieve their own artistic goals, shortly after graduating, she accepted a position with PI Art Center. For nearly six years there, Jiayi worked closely with students from over 40 countries, helping them develop scholarship-worthy portfolios and gain acceptance into top art schools around the globe. This professional experience fine-tuned her ability to understand clients’ needs, provide tailored guidance and deliver exceptional service. On top of these skills, Jiayi’s passions for art, culture and community make her a unique and approachable real estate agent, dedicated to helping clients find homes that truly fit their lifestyles.

In her free time, Jiayi stays connected to the creative community, frequently enjoying museum and gallery crawls, catching shows at the Comedy Cellar and unwinding with friends & a glass of wine at one of her favorite local spots. In addition, she is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
