Bar serves as Head of Operations & Business at The Tavivian Team, where he oversees execution, internal systems, team workflow, and the operational foundation that supports one of New York City’s top-performing real estate teams. He plays a key role in driving efficiency, building scalable processes, and ensuring the team operates with consistency and precision.

Before joining the team, Bar held leadership roles within specialized military and security units in Israel. These experiences shaped his structured approach to problem-solving, his ability to manage complex situations, and his calm, methodical leadership style in fast-moving environments.

Bar graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Computer Science and a focus on Finance. He leads the integration of technology, data tools, and process automation across the team, supporting strategy through strong analytical and technical capabilities.

Within The Tavivian Team, Bar manages operational workflows, research, pricing inputs, and business development. He is deeply involved in agent onboarding and internal team growth, ensuring that systems, communication, and execution remain aligned as the team expands. His work directly enhances the client experience by ensuring every listing, showing, and transaction is prepared and executed seamlessly behind the scenes. His understanding of the NYC rental and sales landscape further supports market positioning and pricing strategies.

Outside the office, Bar is an avid snowboarder and enjoys tennis, soccer, and scuba diving.
