Sara Blau is a New York City–based real estate professional and the founder of LMK Lifestyle, a real estate concierge and lifestyle services platform designed to help clients move smarter, with clarity and confidence. As a New York State licensed real estate agent, Sara works with renters and buyers across the city, guiding them through New York’s competitive market with a strategic, detail-driven approach.

Sara brings a strong operational and real estate foundation to her work. Prior to founding LMK Lifestyle, she worked at Citibank in the Corporate Real Estate and Global Event Marketing groups, gaining hands-on experience in workplace strategy, logistics, and high-touch client and employee experiences. This background informs her ability to manage timelines, anticipate challenges, and deliver a seamless experience from search through move-in.

In addition to her real estate work, Sara is the founder of Game Changers New York, a nonprofit organization that expands access to sports equipment and athletic opportunities for under-resourced youth. Her leadership experience building and scaling a mission-driven organization has shaped her client-first mindset and strong network across New York City.
