Born in New York City, Conrad was raised across the Hudson River in leafy Maplewood and South Orange, NJ. Initially drawn to the media and entertainment industry, he developed his audio engineering skills at Five Towns College on Long Island. After graduation, he moved to NYC and began working in professional studios with various Grammy winners, including Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Lil Wayne and Fantasia. After five years in the music industry, Conrad expanded from the mixing board to the cutting room and became a skilled videographer, editor and producer. His venture into video led to opportunities with iconic media brands, such as MTV, BET, Entrepreneur Magazine and Meredith. Conrad’s love of systems and service ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in real estate. In each of his roles, past and present, he has thrived on creating sustainable win-win solutions in pressurized situations
